  • What is your return policy?

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds typically take up to 3-5 working days once processed however if this falls on a bank holiday, then this can take slightly longer. You can find our more information on our ‘returns policy’ page. Please speak to the team if you have any other queries with this.
  • How long will my order take?’ and ‘where is my order?
    Typically, an order takes up to 3-5 working days once it has been dispatched 2nd class with royal mail however, sometimes delays can happen and were sincerely sorry for this. You can track your order on the royal mail website with the tracking number we sent you via email when your order got dispatched. Please read ‘shipping policy’ for more information.
  • Am I able to change my address once I have placed an order?
    You can change your address IF the order has not already been dispatched. If you have made a mistake with your address details then please contact us as soon as possible so that we can ensure that your order gets sent to the correct place. If you head over to ‘shipping policy’ this will explain in more detail about incorrect details.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently our small business only ships within the United Kingdom. Were sorry to disappoint our customers, we are y looking at the possibility of shipping to other countries in the near future, but we haven’t got the facilities to accommodate this yet. So please keep this in mind when deciding to place a purchase.
